Owners and contractors can browse supplier materials and services, search and filter listings, and open a chat with the seller from a listing — without leaving BuildTrust.

Suppliers create listings that stay pending until an admin approves them. There is no in-app checkout; pricing and fulfilment are negotiated in chat (including “price on request” listings).

Register in BuildTrust as a Supplier. After a short admin approval, you can create material or service listings. Each listing is reviewed before it appears in the marketplace.

Once live, interested buyers message you from the listing. You can also use Get a Quote and Cost Checker like other roles. Launch the app from Get App, or contact us if you need help with supplier onboarding.

Get a Quote helps you generate AI-assisted construction cost estimates you can save, share, and export as PDF. Cost Checker helps you browse material unit prices and share findings with your team.

Yes. BuildTrust works on Android, iOS, and the web, so site teams and office staff can stay on the same projects and conversations.

BuildTrust uses encryption in transit, role-based access so people only see what their role allows, and admin controls for supplier accounts and marketplace listings. Project chat, documents, expenses, and progress media stay attached to the work your team is managing.
